"This location hires incompetent employees who are computer illiterate, completely unprofessional and out of touch with reality. Not only do they not understand how simple email works, they hang up on clients. Please train your employees to work in the 21st century. "Ellen" needs to understand basic business practice."

"Horrible experience. I do not recommend using Chuck or State Farm. My family has used State Farm and the McAveney Agency for many many years. I figured when I grew up I would use them too. I have been a customer for over 20 years and always paid on time and have never filed a claim. My first claim for hail damage and they only want to fix half of the damage at best and are only paying half the rate of my cheapest estimate. They want to patch the entire front half of my roof with numerous patches and said they don't care that it won't match or that it opens us up for more leaks than replacing the entire roof. Every roofer I spoke to advises against this. Apparently loyalty is not a part of State Farm or Chuck McAveney's policy. Shame on me for being loyal to them for so many years."
